it is said that: one pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. To loss a pound ,you need to shave off about 500 calories a day for 7 days also it is always important to limit your eating habits no matter how healthy the snack.

However, some ways to loss weight that employ healthy eating. If you’re overweight or obese, losing weight can reduce your risk of some potentially serious health problems .
